Year 2 History Detectives

Year 2 had a great start to their new history topic ‘The Lighthouse Keeper’s Daughter’.

We found lots of historical artefacts and a great storm happening in the hall! We thought about what each artefact could tell us about the historical event that had happened. We then began to find out about the story of Grace Darling and were pleased to find that a lot of our detective work was correct!
