Reader of the Week

At Katherine Semar we are passionate about reading and are always looking for ways to promote and encourage reading both at school and at home. 

Hart's Book shop kindly supported our most recent initiative by donating several book tokens to the school.  Each week, if a child has read at home every day, they are entered into a prize draw with the chance to win a book token.  

This has really motivated the children to read and they are always excited to find out who the lucky reader is.  This week, Aadarshi from Turtle Class is looking forward to going to Harts to treat herself to a new book!
