Early Years Visit Shepreth Wildlife Park
The children had a wonderful, sunny day at Shepreth. They enjoyed a talk about different animal habitats and had the opportunity to touch and hold an African stick insect, a giant cockroach and an African snail. The children explored the park in groups, observing coati, red pandas, monkeys, donkeys and a tiger - to name a few. The nocturnal house, where the children walked through a dark room with bats flying freely around was a particular favourite. Once again the children behaved impeccably and were a real credit to the school and their parents.
