Year 1 Visit Museum of Childhood

Year One added some excellent context to their  learning about the history of toys with a visit to the V&A's Museum of Childhood.  They learnt about toys through time, how museums organise their displays and give information and this will be useful when they open their own museum for parents in a few weeks.
They took part in a Science workshop about the forces involved in moving toys, which complemented their learning in science.  As ever, the museum staff spoke to us about how lovely the children's behaviour and attitude to learning was - well done Year One.
